Hi there, aaron33.
It's possible that there are two accounts and you're currently logged in to the one that does not contain your transactions from last year.
Follow these steps on how to double-check:
- Log out of your account and click the Forgot your user ID or password link in the log in page.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- An email notification will be sent to the email address that you provided. The email contains a list of accounts that are associated to your email
- Log in to all of them to check which of the account has your transactions from 2019.
In case you only have one account, a possible browser issue might have removed or hide them. I have another set of troubleshooting steps to recommend.
Log in to your account using an incognito/private browsing session. Here are some of the keyboard shortcuts that will let you switch to a private session depending on your browser:
- Google Chrome Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla CTRL + SHIFT + P
- Microsoft Edge CTRL+SHIFT+P
- Safari Command-Shift-N
Once done, go back to the Transactions tab and check if you can already see last year's transactions.
If you're able to do that, clear your browser's cache and temporary internet files. Follow the steps in this article for additional details: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.
Keep us posted if you need anything else.
