We haven’t received a similar issue about this, especially the exact errors you’re getting. To sort this out, let’s ensure you have the updated version so you always have the latest features and fixes.
You’ll have to update your QuickBooks software and payroll tax table to the latest version. This way, we can ensure all components are up to date.
You can follow these steps to update your QuickBooks software:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose the Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click the Update Now tab.
- Put a check mark inside the Reset the updates box.
- Select Get Updates to re-download the updates.
- From the QuickBooks Desktop Update Service window, select Install Now.
Once done, let's close and open QuickBooks. Then you can proceed to update your payroll tax table. I’ll show you how:
- Go to the Employees menu.
- Select Get Payroll Updates.
- Mark the Download Entire Update checkbox.
- Click Download Latest Update.
