A problem has started occurring that was never a problem before. When I close out of a customer's invoice, QB reverts to the previous customer. Annoying!! How about you?

It's nice to see you here, carmagames.

We could possibly fix this matter by performing our recommended troubleshooting steps.  Maybe the problem is caused by having too much cache on our browser. Let's verify if it's really the browser causing the issue.

Here are the shortcut keyboards:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If it works, you may want to clear the browsing history of your regular web browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.

@carmagames

It's actually been an issue for a couple days now.  There are posts ALL through this community about it.  You can use the Search bar at the top of any page to find them.

QB has yet to acknowledge that it is an issue.

You're definitely not alone.
