For every company I do accounting for, I need to memorize my reports again.
Is there away to save a memorized report so it can be accessed in all companies' files?

Hi @MichelleBh
Thank you for reply.
I don't have the option "Combine Reports from Multiple Companies" in my QB. Is there any alternative?
Thanks
Thanks for sharing an update with us, @Yasser-L.
The Combine Reports from Multiple Companies option is only available in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Enterprise.
If you're using the QBDT Pro or Premier versions, you'll want to utilize a third-party app or export your reports to MS Excel and combine the reports from there. You can refer to Options 2 and 3 in this article for the complete details: Combine reports from multiple company files.
However, if you're using QBDT Enterprise, you'll want to ensure the software is up-to-date to isolate this issue. Let me show you how.
You can also check this article for more details: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
If this is not the case, I recommend running the Verify Rebuild tool. This scans your company file for potential errors and resolves them right away.
In case you want to learn how to modify your reports in QBDT, please feel free to utilize this resource for reference: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Combining reports from multiple companies is not the feature you're looking for. That feature consolidates data from multiple company files into one financial report (several reports types are available.)
What you need is to be able to import memorized reports into a company file, from another company file.
If you have Premier or Enterprise, then you can do this - with some limitations.
You can export memorized reports that don't include company-specific list filters. For example, you can export a standard P&L as it only includes a date filter. And you can also filter it for something like "All Bank Accounts", but not for a particular bank account or accounts, because that filter would not work when imported into another company file.
To export a memorized report for later import, select the report on the Memorized Reports List. Then click the Memorized Reports button and pick the Export Template... option.
To import a memorized report you previously exported, pick the similar option Import Template...
Even better, you can create a group of reports. In your case name it something like "Yasser's Very Cool Reports" and then export and import the entire group at once. To do this after creating the group and putting your favorite reports in the group, select the group and then pick Export Template... as above and QuickBooks will export all of the reports to one file.
Exporting will look something like this:
