Accruals and Balances for PTO Report

I am looking to run a report for ALL employees at once on this years accruals and balances.  We are noticing accruals are changing intermittingly.  I found how to run individual but the entire team in one report would be helpful.

Accruals and Balances for PTO Report

Hi there, MR950.

 

You can Payroll Hrs Summary by Team Member in QuickBooks (QB) Time. 

 

This report shows hour totals for each team member. It is broken out by regular hours, overtime, and time off (PTO). Each hour-type column is added to a Grand Total as well.

 

Here's how to pull it up:

 

  1. In QB Time, go to the Reports menu on the left pane.
  2. Proceed to Payroll.
  3. Click Payroll Hrs Summary by Team Member.
