Add content to customer snapshot

Can I add additional content to customer snapshot?  As of right now, you can only choose from the following options:

Recent Payment

Recent Invoices

Sales History

Best-Selling Items

 

I would like to see all item purchases.

Thanks for visiting the Community, ktmwilson12. I can see that your business definitely needs to include additional content on the customer snapshot page in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Let me share some insights about this capability within the program.

 

You're correct that the available content in a customer snapshot only includes recent invoices, recent payments, sales history, and best-selling items. Currently, there's no other possible way to add new content to your preferences to the snapshot.

 

I understand how essential it is to have the ability to add payment terms to your estimates. For now, I'll take note of your feedback to help improve our service. Also, you may personally send this product suggestion to our software engineers to work on its progress to include it in future updates. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu located at the top.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online, then click Product Suggestion.
  3. Type in your feedback or feature request.
  4. Click the Send Feedback button.
