How do I print an item price list showing all the prices based on all the price rules I have? Example
Item ABC $1.00
With Price Rule X $1.15
With Price Rule Y $0.90
Is there a way to do this? So far the only thing I can print is an item price list showing the base price.
Thank you!

Thanks for coming back to this thread, @TEGv.
At this time, the option to print an item price list showing all the price rules is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
As a workaround, you can open the price rule and take a screenshot of it. In case you'd like to know more about how Price rules work in QBDT, you can check out this article: Use Advanced Pricing.

I'd like to share some steps, TEGv.
You'll want to open the Price Rule list to display the items with their price rule. To do that, go to the Lists menu, and select Price Rule List. Please take note that the list is only available when Advanced Pricing is enabled in the Sales & Customers Preferences.
Here's how:
On the other hand, you can manually add the price levels on the item price list report by following these steps:
Once you have all the items with their price rule, you can click the Print button.
I'm also adding this article for more information: Use Advanced Pricing. To check for other guides and articles, please feel free to browse for a topic in our general support page.
I'll be around if you have any follow-up questions or other concerns for QuickBooks. Thanks.

If I double click on the Price Rule, it opens the formula for that rule. It does not list the items with the price calculated based on the rule.

Once you have all the items with their price rule, you can click the Print button. <== This solution does not work. The columns to choose from do not list price rules or price levels. So you cannot add them.
