After I update on invoice from the bank, how can I add an attachment to the invoice? Is it possible to make a photograph of the invoice for attachment?

Are you trying to add an attachment to an invoice you created from within QuickBooks? If you are select the attachment Icon from within the invoice then select the computer folder you will then be able to browse for any saved photos or files you want to attach.

Yes, you can add photographs in the attachment box on your invoices. Follow these steps on how to add pictures in the attachments box:

1. Go to the + New icon.
2. Select Invoice.
3. From the bottom portion, click the Attachment box.
4. Locate and attach the file or pictures you want to add.
5. If you want to attach it to your email, put a checkmark on the Attach to email box.
