Thank you for the reply. So, rerouting the money is unavailable. What happens in 2-5 business days when QuickBooksGo tries to send the money into a closed account?
Hello, Brian.
I'd like to give a brief overview on what will happen if the funds were sent to a closed account. I'll also point you to the right direction to resolve this and ensure you'll receive the money.
It will likely be stuck on processing since the money is being deposited to a closed account. There might also be a chance that the funds will be returned to the customer.
To prevent this from happening, you'll want to contact our Payments support. Our agents will be able to check the status of the funds and ensure you're able to receive the funds.
Here's how to reach them:
Their contact details can also be found here: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.
Also, make sure that you've changed the bank account for payment processing as noted by my colleague, Giovann_G.
After dealing with the closed account, do you need help reconciling your payments and expenses? This article can guide you through the process: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
If you have more questions about processing your payments or other processes in QuickBooks, please let me know and I'll help you out.
