Anybody know how to get a hold of these people they don’t do anything except take my money and screw up my system with their bull**** updates

I sometimes found it frustrating when talking to support people about a problem I was having understanding the software and navigating to the right page to resolve my issue.  But, of course, if you pay more you get more (if lucky) so I am now paying $50/monthly for "Live Book Keeping", and it has been worth it.  It's better than paying hourly to speak to a CPA.
