Currently, our Engineering Team is investigating and working to fix this issue. The case code is INV-43010, where customers were unable to see the Bill Pay widget in Dashboard.
Please contact our Care Support Team. They have the tools to pull your account to attach it to the investigation. This way, you'll be notified via email once they fixed the issue.
Here's how:
- Go to Help on the upper right.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter your query and hit Let's talk.
- Choose to Get a callback.
Our supports are available every 6:00 am-6:00 pm from Monday to Friday and 6:00am-3:00 pm Saturday.
