Can you share more information about the money collected from your customer? Is it a charge for the renewal of the QuickBooks subscription? Any additional information you can add will help ensure a timely solution.
When subscribing to the QuickBooks Online product, Intuit automatically renews your monthly, quarterly, or annual service. At the time of the purchase, the system will ask you to agree to our terms and Privacy Statement (see screenshot below).
