Join nowIs there a way to create an A/R Aging Summary and either sort by Rep or pull only one specific reps ARs? When I add the rep into the customize report section pretty much all of the report disappears. I only had one customer for one rep stay on the report and that amount was not accurate to the ARs for that customer
I tried filtering the report for the Rep field and it seems to work for me, for the invoices that included the rep I filtered for. I can't seem to break it...
Hi, chadcmc. I'm here to help you figure this out.
The report might disappear due to data damage. Let's ensure you have the latest version of QBDT installed. Once done, run the Verify/Rebuild utility to detect the data damage.
Here's how:
Afterward, pull up the report again and filter it to see if it works.

I did the verify data process as explained. It did find some issues and went through the correction process. However when I pulled the report again I get the same results. To be clear on what I am trying to do my process is: Reports, Customers and Receivables, A/R Aging Summary once the report is open it then shows all balances due in the 30 day increments. I then go customize report, Filters, choose the Rep filter and at this point if I leave all reps the report does not change but if I select an individual rep the report basically disappears. For one rep it shows one customer and not even an accurate open balance on the account
Thanks for following my peer's suggested resolutions. I'm here to help you get past this issue.
Since you're still getting the same result, we can rebuild again two or three times more to ensure it will work.
If the issue persists, we can download the File Doctor to your computer. We recommend uninstalling anything you've used before today. Here's how:
Once done, follow Step 2: Run Quick Fix my File outlined in this help article: Fix company file and network issues with QuickBooks File Doctor.
