I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support to speak to our customer service representative and assist you with your concern. Since we cannot provide further information in the Community because this is a public forum. Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Enter your concern in the field, then click Le t's talk.
- Select Start a chat.
- Fill out the necessary fields needed.
- Hit Submit.
