Hi Oxvarela,
Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you identify what's causing the balance sheet report issue on a specific user when accessing QuickBooks Desktop.
When on a server setup, the user's access should show the data from the database server. For now, I recommend checking if the opened company file is correct and reviewing the multi-user mode set up on the user's computer to ensure the report data is accurate.
Note that the hosting mode settings for each version are independent. It may be possible that the user's QuickBooks is not in hosting mode, Hosting Local Files only and Hosting Local and remote files. Check out this article for more information about how hosting company data works in QuickBooks Desktop: Host your company data in multi-user mode in QuickBooks Desktop.
Additionally, the Desktop version allows you to personalize any report you generate. Here's a link you can use for additional guidance with customizing the data, adding or deleting columns, adding or removing information on the header/footer, and even personalizing the font and style of the report: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.
Keep us posted if you need more assistance figuring out the problem with the user's access. We'll be sure to get back to you. Take care always.
