Bank Transactions can't be categorize with the item list unless you create each transaction manually as an expense

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. We understand that categorizing bank transactions with an item list for products and services would be a convenient feature for your business. At the moment, the feature to categorize bank entries with an item list for products and services isn’t available in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We appreciate your feedback regarding the estimates vs actuals report and how it can be improved by working with items. It is an excellent suggestion that we'll keep in mind for future updates. 
 

For now, it would be most effective to communicate your feedback directly to our Product Developers. They're genuinely interested in hearing your input and highly encourage you to share your suggestions by providing feedback.

To send your input, here's how:
 

1. Open your QBO account.
2. Go to Gear icon and select Feedback.
3. Type in your suggestions and then click on Next.
