Bill Pay is not working. It doesn't let me click NEXT after the screen that asks if I want to Bank Transfer. I cleared cache. Cookies. Tried, Safari, edge, chrome.

I appreciate you for sharing the troubleshooting you've performed. The error you've received is caused by blocking the third party cookies while using QuickBooks. Let me guide you in allowing the third party cookies on the browser you're using.

 

For Chrome

  1. From your computer desktop, click the Chrome icon.
  2. At the top right, click More More .
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
  5. Choose Allow all cookies.

Edge (Windows 10)

  1. In the Edge window, select More (...) .

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Choose View advanced settings.

  4. Scroll down to Cookies.

  5. Click Don't block cookies.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Mozilla icon.

  2. From the Firefox window, select Open menu Firefox browser options menu .

  3. Choose Options.

  4. Select the Privacy tab.

  5. In the History section under Firefox will, select Use custom settings for history.

  6. Make sure Accept cookies from sites is checked and Accept third party cookies is set to Always, and then select OK.

Safari

  1. On your Mac device, go to Safari .

  2. Choose Preferences.

  3. Select Privacy.

  4. Under Cookies and website data, select Always allow.

  5. Click Close and refresh the browser.

hi. im on a mac and i am allowing all cookies. still doesn't work. I restarted. cleared cache. cookies, incognito. still nothing. wont let me click next on the bill pay bank transfer screen.

At this point, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team. That way, they can use more tools to check this further.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. In the search field enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
