Bill Payment List Report

Does anyone have the specs to just run the basic bill payment list report?  Mine used to show just the bills paid (Date, Num, Vendor, Amount) for my checking account and credit cards. Now when I run the report I get all activity including AP, Checking,m Undeposted funds, etc...

 

How do I run just the standard Bill Payment List report?

I've got you covered. Let me help you run the report you need in QuickBooks Online (QBO), mmartin.

 

We can customize the Bill Payment List report to show the columns, accounts, and transactions you need. Just follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go back to the Reports menu.
  2. Enter Bill Payment List in the search field. 
  3. Click the Customize tab.
  4. Tap the Rows/Columns and choose the columns to be included in the report.
  5. Hit Filter and select from the list to be included in the report.
  6. Press Run report
