Blank Retirement Plan Report - QBO

Great job in performing the basic troubleshooting steps in fixing QBO app issues. Since you're still unable to pull up the report, you'll want to use multiple window in the App to generate a report. Let me walk you through how.

1. Go to Reports at the top.
2. Select All Reports.
3. Search and run the report you need.
4. Keep the Menu Items Open New Windows checkbox selected to have reports open in a separate window.

If it still not working, please follow these steps to reach out to our Customer Support Team. This way, we can create a ticket for you and investigate further.

1. Open your QBO account via a browser.
2. Go to Help at the top.
3. Scroll down and keep typing I still need a human until you reach the option to connect to one of our live support agents.
4. Click Get help from a human.
5. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.

Clicking Reports -> All Reports in the top bar causes the application to crash (it gives me the options to Quit or Relaunch). On the clerical staff, if they do Reports -> All Reports it opens a separate window correctly, but opening the report in the new separate window results in exactly the same issue as originally, a blank window.
