I'll help you with getting access to the Budgeting page, Liyan.

The filed cache on the regular browser you're using may affect this behavior. For the time being, I recommend signing in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account with permission to handle budgets using a private window to narrow down the result. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

From there, follow these steps to access your budget:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click on Budgeting under Tools.
  3. Create or modify your budgets.

Here's an article you can read more about getting your budgets in QBO: Create and import budgets into QuickBooks Online.

If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You may also use another supported and up-to-date browser to have a seamless experience while working with QuickBooks.

Aside from your budget, you can also get more ideas about tracking your transactions are other reports through this link: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online (QBO) in running your business, shawnjuli78.

It's great to hear the recommended troubleshooting steps work in resolving error 404. To know more about the Budget feature, we can check out this article: Create and import budgets into QuickBooks Online. This provides steps on how to run the Budget Overview report as well as the steps to edit, copy and delete a budget.

Additionally, we can customize the report to get the specific details you need. Then, memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.
