Join nowHello,
I have my budgets that were set up for our families in April of 2019. So now they still have account open to pay bills and its May 2020 so there budget numbers are all messed up. It shows money in line items that have no money its showing the wrong amounts in others. Is there a way to get it back to the way it should be. Thanks
Just an FYI we have Quickbooks Pro 2010

You can review or copy your last year's Profit and Loss or Balance Sheet data to set up your budget. Here's how:
Once you're done reviewing the information, you can open your created budget and modify it if needed. Let me guide you how.
Here's an article for more details: Create a budget or forecast in QuickBooks Desktop.

how print a report with actual and budget
I'd be glad to help you print a report with Budget vs Actual, @kay1234.
Aside from printing, you can also memorize the Budget vs Actual report if you'd like the same customized setting to be available for future use.
That should do it, @kay1234. For additional QuickBooks concerns, you may drop a comment below. I'll be around to help.
