Can a customer have a 2nd address?

We can set up another profile for your client or create a sub-customer to input the second address. The system allows only one default address per person, Tim.

Let's explore the options and find the best solution for your needs. Please follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Sales menu, then head to the Customers tab.
  2. Click New Customer. Input the second address and complete the necessary details.
  3. To set this up as a sub-customer, tick the Is a sub-customer column.

I understand the importance of incorporating multiple addresses for your customers and believe it is a valuable feature to consider. I suggest forwarding this to our product engineers for their review.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Feedback
  2. Type in your ideas or suggestions.
  3. Hit Next to submit.

Moreover, you can add a customer shipping address in your invoices to make the order more accurate while keeping better records.

With the workaround above, you can still achieve your goal. Sharing your ideas with our engineers encourages thorough evaluation and potential product enhancements. Consider me your go-to for help if you need further assistance, Tim.
