What about after you already have transactions on the project? My transactions doesn't look like that anymore because I already have payroll on it. I had to quick add the project during payroll, now I'm catching up and going back to enter the estimate, etc. It's not there.....
Thanks for joining the thread, @Winchester13. I'll add information to clarify things about adding estimates to your projects in QuickBooks Online.
You can still add those estimates at a later time since it's a non-posting transaction. Thus, it can't affect your accounting and sales reporting. Just enter the accurate date, ensure to choose the Estimate status, and you'll want to add details from the Message displayed on estimate.
