Yes, you can add a reminder link specifically for contractors, @info-prothirteen.
Please take note that the Send a reminder link will show when you've added a contractor recently and you haven't entered details in the contractor's profile or they haven't entered data in their profile. Also, this link will appear when you check the Email this contractor... box. Otherwise, this will remove the send reminder link to complete their profile information.
I've added some screenshots for reference:
In addition, the Send email link will appear when you haven't checked the Email this contractor... box upon adding the contractor in QuickBooks. Once you've filled the data in the contractor's profile, the link to send an email will cease.
Once the reminder and emailing options to invite aren't available in the contractor's menu, we cannot add them back from there again. You can check this out for more details: Invite a contractor to add their own tax info.
I've added an article as your future reference to keep you guided with the process of preparing and submitting 1099s: Create and file 1099s using QuickBooks Online.

What is the best way to get their W-9 into Quickbooks?
Thank you!
All of the contractors information along with the bank account info is in my account. Under documents, its saying "waiting for Info".
How do I go about getting the W-9 into QuickBooks?
Thank you for getting back here in Community, @info-prothirteen. I’m glad to provide some information about the W-9 in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The employer can still send a reminder email before the contractor finishes their W-9 information. This email becomes unavailable after the contractor submits their info.
In addition, even if the contractor has not filled in the data the employer can still access it and edit it manually.
Check out this article for more information and instructions about the W-9 form: About Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification.
You can also seek self-help articles on our QuickBooks help articles page to help you get your QuickBooks task done in no time.
Please keep me posted on how it goes in the comments below. If there's anything else you need in managing your business growth using QBO. Take care and have a great day!
