You can only deposit the undeposited funds or delete the payments----or recreate the invoices and apply the payments. Received payments without invoices or sales receipts affect Undeposited Funds and Accounts Receivable. You cannot just clear them without reason.

But if the payment is created to the invoice which is supposed to be voided, then the payment will be stuck in "undeposited funds" and I cannot simply void the invoice as the books for that years were already closed.
