Let me help you pay those invoices, @baefyreenterpris.
The option to combine several invoices to pay them at once isn’t yet available in QuickBooks Online. For now, what your customers can do is pay the invoices individually.
Here’s how record an invoice payment:
- Go to the New ⨁ button and select Receive Payment.
- Choose the name of the customer from the drop-down menu and choose the invoice from the Outstanding Transactions section.
- Add all the necessary information.
- Select Save and close.
