I'd like to share what I know about customizing invoice in QuickBooks Online.
You can customize your invoice to show the progress on the activities column for your items. However, this option will only show on email invoices.
Here's how:
- On the invoice screen, go to the Gear icon.
- Click on Change what your customers see.
- Select Content tab.
- Click on the table section of the form, then select Show more activity options.
- Tap to enable Show progress on line items (email only).
