Yes, delete the one with no transactions

Hi there @usergeorge-randecker,

 

Thanks for checking in with the Community. Rustler is correct, you can delete or inactivate the customer that has no transactions, Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Sales, 
  2. Then Customers.
  3. Locate the customer and in the Action column choose Make inactive.
  4. Select Yes to confirm the request.
