Thanks for checking in with the Community. Rustler is correct, you can delete or inactivate the customer that has no transactions, Follow these steps:
- Go to Sales,
- Then Customers.
- Locate the customer and in the Action column choose Make inactive.
- Select Yes to confirm the request.
