Hello there, @total7441.

It's nice to have you here in the Community. I'm here to share some information about downloading sales receipts/invoices from a vendor to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, QBO doesn't have the option to download or import transactions that are in Intuit Interchange Format (.IIF) files. This feature is only available in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). You may check out this article for more information: IIF Overview.

Additionally, QBO only allows downloading/importing of bank transactions and lists, such as Chart of Accounts, Customer and Vendor Contacts, and Products and Services. However, we have a number of third-party import utilities though that you can find in the Intuit App Center. One of them can help you bring those invoices into QBO.

You can visit the QuickBooks App Center at https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/search?searchTerm=iif or through your QBO account. Here's how:

1. Go to Apps menu at the left pane.
2. In the Search apps field, enter IIF.
3. Browse the options provided and select an App.
4. Click the Get app now button.
5. Hit Connect.
6. Then Accept the Terms of Service.
7. Click Done.

That's it! Please let me know how it goes or if I can be of additional help. I'm always here to help. Take care and have a great day.
