Can I edit my company info on invoices?

Yes, you can edit your company information on invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Let me provide the steps to ensure you can complete the process smoothly.

 

I recommend clicking the  Edit work info link within the transaction page and you'll then able to update company details from there. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Choose Invoices from the left panel.
  2. Click the Edit work info link or open the created invoice and select the Edit button. Then, select the mentioned option.
  3.  Update the needed details and click Save once done.

 

On the other hand, please know that the business name or company info in QBSE depends on the personal data you've entered into your Intuit account. With this, you can visit the Intuit Account Manager section and modify any company details from there. You can follow the steps below.

 

  1. Log in to your QBSE account.
  2. Click the Gear or Settings menu.
  3. Choose Intuit account to open the Intuit Account Manager.
  4. Select the Sign-in & security or Profile menu. Then, edit the necessary info from there.
  5. Once done, click Save.
