Can I generate invoices clients can pay online with Credit Card or PayPal? Can invoice show both options?

I'm here to help you today so you can allow your customers to auto-pay their invoices.

First, you need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments so you can process customer payments in QuickBooks. With QuickBooks Payments, you can accept credit card, debit, and ACH bank transfer payments.

Next, turn on QuickBooks Payments so customers can pay their invoices online.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Invoices menu and create a new invoice.
2. Choose Customize.
3. Select the Payments ▼ section.
4. Tap the Activate payments link and follow the steps.
5. After you activate payments, select the Credit card or Bank transfer (ACH) toggle to turn on the options.
