A QuickBooks Online account is only intended for one company. If you have more than one, you can create another account.
Just a heads up, another account means you'll have a different subscription.
Once you have multiple subscriptions, you can easily keep track of your financial status by switching an account.

You can utilize the class tracking feature in QBO Plus or Advanced to manage branches/divisions. Otherwise, you should open a new blank QBO account.
