Can I make ACH payments with split categories?

I'll provide some information about this, @a1holley.

Currently, the bill pay feature that enables to split payments into multiple categories and make full payments is unavailable. However, you can partially pay and select another category. The partial bill pay enables you to divide a single bill into several payments, accommodating flexible payment options such as installments and milestone payments.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO company file.
  2. Select Expenses, then Bills.
  3. Select Schedule Payment for the bill.
  4. Select Edit and then enter the amount.

I've also included an article that guides you to get a report on all money paid to a vendor: Run a report with vendor totals

You can tag me in the comment section if you have any other concerns about the Bill pay system or schedule a partial bill. I'll be around to further assist you.
