Hello, cjette-innvistra.
Yes, we can remove those fields. I'd be more than happy to show you the steps and details on how to customize your invoice data fields.
I take it that you've tried editing the template within the invoice form. Instead of doing that, we'll want to go to the Custom form styles menu, then remove those fields from there.
Before anything else, I should also point out that if you have the new invoice layout, the customization options may be different. Switch to the old one if you need to have an option available.
With that said, here are the steps:
- Go to the Gear icon menu, then select Custom form styles.
- On your preferred invoice template, click the Edit link.
- Go to the Content tab.
- Click the second section on the preview invoice.
- Uncheck the boxes you don't need except for the Description.
- Add or remove other customization option if needed.
- Click Done when you're ready to use it.

We're unable to remove the line numbers from the template. Though, they won't show up when you print or
preview the form.

After tweaking your form and sending your customer invoices, we can also send out statements. This is a good way to help remind customers on what balances and open invoices they have left on their account.
