Let me guide you with running a report that includes the Invoice Memo, TashaStar.
In QuickBooks Online, we can run the Sales by Product/Service Detail report. This will group the report by Product/Service items in your account. It will also provide you the Memo/Description column for the transaction memo and Num column to reflect the invoice number.
Here's how:
- Go to Reports on the left side menu.
- Enter Sales by Product/Service Detail in the search field.
- Click the Customize tab.
- Select the date in the Report period field.
- Under Rows/Columns, choose Product/Service.
- Tap the Change columns link and make sure the Memo/Description and Num column are selected.
- Press Run report.
