Can i scan copies of bills directly into quickbooks online versus having to scan them to a file and drag and drop them into quickbooks online?

There isn't an option to scan and drag your copies of bills in QuickBooks Online. I'd recommend using a third-party application to help you print the copies of bills. 

There are plenty of apps available that can connect directly with your QuickBooks Online account. You can visit this site to look for applications you can integrate with QBO: apps.intuit.com.

I'd be glad to give you additional ideas what those apps mean. As mentioned by my colleague, you can look for a third-party app that lets you do this within QuickBooks since there is no direct way to scan a copy of your bills.

I'll walk you through the steps:

1. In your QuickBooks company, select Apps tab.
2. In the search field, look for an app that can scan a copy of your bills directly into QBO.
3. For  more specific search, you can also use the Browse category.
