Can I send a group email to all my customers at once?

I would like to inform all of my customers about an upcoming rate increase and it would be great if there is a way to email them all at once as all of their emails are in my QuickBooks database.

I've got a suggestion that could work for you for generating a customer email from QuickBooks Online. 

 

I know that it's very beneficial for you and other businesses to send emails to your customer at once. With that, I'll point you to the page where you can post comments to our product engineers. It enables our engineers to develop a solution to enhance your overall QuickBooks experience. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the upper right pane. 
  2. Select Feedback
  3. Type your concern in the box and click Next

 

Many of the program's current features are available because of user feedback. Also, QuickBooks has a website where you can vote on and provide comments on any future suggestions. To access the page, visit this link: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks.

 

As an alternative, you have an option to edit your default email message sent with sales forms. To do this, please follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings
  2. Select the Sales tab. 
  3. Click Messages and pick a Sales form in the drop-down. 
  4. Modify the Email message, then click Save
  5. Hit Done

 

Each time you send this sales form, your customer can read the updated message. For more details, check out this article: Edit company settings in QuickBooks Online.

Hello,

    I followed the instructions and it was just letting me change what I send when I send an invoice.  Not letting me send out a message to all my customers at once.

Appreciate you for following the steps shared above. Also, what you've figured out is correct.

 

We have other steps that help you send your message or email to all your customer at once within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Within the Customers tab, tick all the customers you want to send an email.
  3. Click the Batch actions drop-down arrow.
  4. Select Email.

 

To proceed, you'll need to have Outlook installed and set as the default email service on your computer. That'll help you!
