Hello @BUniqueDesigner, welcome to the Community! I'm here to guide you on how to turn off the upselling feature and survey questions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, the option to permanently turn off the advertisements and surveys in QBO is unavailable. In the meantime, you can click the (X) icon or "No, thanks!" button to close them. Alternatively, you can enable your browser's pop-up blocker feature. Let me guide you how.
- Click the Lock icon located in the address bar.
- Select Site settings (Google Chrome) or Permission for this site (Microsoft Edge).
- Go to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and choose Block from the dropdown menu.

- Go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Click Next to submit.
