Can integrate our QuickBooks with BuilderTrend budget and assess our projects.

We are working to integrate our QuickBooks with BuilderTrend so we can better budget and assess our projects. However, we have been unable to get this integration to work as BuilderTrend has told us that our expenses should not be added by category but rather by expense- product/service. We would like to know para how to create all the product/services that we need so that they are correctly applied to my profit/loss and so the product/service is correctly associated to the sales of the company. Additionally, we would like to know if we can subcategorize our sales/expenses so that we can see the distribution and not just one lump sum in cost of sales and purchases. Ideally, we could lump our expenses into subcategories so we have a better idea of how our expenses are distributed.

Hi there, @contabilidad1.qb.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support. I hope you're enjoying the day so far.

I recommend reaching out to your certified accountant for this matter. Your accountant can review your books and help to sort everything out based on your business needs. If you don't have an accountant, don't sweat. You can find one here in our Resource Center

I want to ensure you have the right guidance when entering expenses in QuickBooks Online, so I've gone ahead and included our help article that covers all the information about managing expenses below.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Take care!

Can integrate our QuickBooks with BuilderTrend budget and assess our projects.

Hello,

I have a pop up box that is trying to tell me that "an application with a revoked certificate is requesting access to the following Quickbooks company file: Beacon Custom Homes (which is me) and the application calls itself BUILDERTREND WEB CONNECTOR SERVICE - 41056. the certificate was revoked by it's certificate authority"

Further down it reads "Quickbooks will not allow an application with a revoked certificate to access your company file. click OK to acknowledge. "

Well there is not OK to click on and the box will not go away. It is blocking me from working in QB.

What do I do?
