Using some troubleshooting steps could help in this case. Try performing the keyboard shortcuts below to use a private browser or incognito window. This will assist to see if this is a browser issue or a deeper issue.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, I recommend using a different supported browser.
In the end, if the problem persists, provide me with some screenshots and additional information of how you connected QBO and Shopify.
