How can I adjust the bill payment amounts to match the payments recorded on the bank account? Situation #1) The total of three bills equals $22,265.37. The total of the one payment is $22,175.37. What do I do to adjust for the $90 difference (shortage) in payment? Situation 2 & 3) The total of two bills equals $11,264.21.
