Yes, we can definitely add more than one e-mail on the customer's profile. I'd be more than happy to show you the steps.
We can do this by adding a comma after every email address you want to add to their profile. Here are the steps:
- Go to Sales, then select the Customers tab.
- Open the customer's profile.
- Click the Edit button.
- Under the Email field, enter the email addresses with each separated by a comma.
- Once done, click Save.
