You can export your Gmail contacts to Excel and save them as .xls or an .xlsx file. Then, you can import it to QuickBooks Online.
Follow these steps on how to import:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Import Data.
- Select Customers and click Browse.
- Find and select the Excel file, click Open, then select Next to continue.
- Map your data then select Next.
- Adjust your data if necessary then select Import.
Once done, it will cause duplicate customers. The next thing we need to do is manually merge them. Check this link and check the steps in the Merge duplicate customers section: Add and manage customers in QuickBooks Online.
