Can we change back to old version? The estimate page is different and we can't copy an estimate.

Hi there, @skyball2728. I'm here to provide information and assistance concerning the new estimate layout in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QuickBooks has now rolled out and transitioned all versions of QBO to the new estimate experience. With this implementation, there will no longer be a way to return to classic estimates or invoicing for any customers.

Moreover, I can help you make a copy of the transaction using the new layout. Here's how:

  1. Create an Estimates and save them.
  2. Then, go to the Sales menu and navigate to the Estimates tab.
  3. From there, locate the transaction and click Edit under the Action column.

  4. At the top right corner, click the Manage option.
  5. Drill down the Action button and select Make a copy.

Furthermore, you can use these as references in converting estimates into invoices and recording invoice payments once they are paid:

Make yourself comfortable enough to revisit us if you require additional help managing your sales entries. I'm just a post away to help you. Stay safe!
