Can we get an automatic shipping estimation cost with UPS? Basically, we would like to get a shipping cost estimation globally automated in the "Estimation" section.

The option to automatically calculate the shipping estimation cost with UPS is unavailable. You'll want to manually calculate it and enter it on the Message displayed on estimate field if you're sending out the estimate or in the Message on invoice box for invoiced estimates.

Can you recommend a suitable, reasonable app for this? We have tried one or two but their customer service is below awful, unfortunately.

We can consider looking for a third-party app in our QuickBooks App Store that has the feature you need for your business. You can also go to the Apps menu in your QBO account and look for an app from there.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Apps menu.
2. From there, look for an app that suits your business.
