You’ll want to ensure that you use the same ID and password you already use for your existing QBO account. This way, you can access them all with the same login info. Let me guide you how.
Before we start, please know that each company you add will be a separate paid subscription. 1 QBO company is equivalent to 1 subscription. If you have 2 companies, you’ll be paying for 2 subscriptions.
