You can run the Invoice List report and group them according to your preference. From there, you can export the report to Excel or PDF. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Reports.
- From the search field enter and select Invoice List.
- You can click the Customize button to further add columns or filter to get the data you need.
- Click Run report.
- Once done, click the export drop-down at the upper-right of the report and select how you'll want to export and save it.
