I’m here to guide you on where to fund payments that were made under vendors. You can run a Transaction List report to see all transactions for your vendors.
Here’s how:
- Find the Reports menu and search for and open a Transaction List by Date report.
- Set the date range.
- From the Group by drop-down menu, choose either Customer or Vendor. You can also pick Employees as a group.
- Locate Customize.
- In the window, press the Filter icon to open the section.
- From the Transaction Type drop-down, push Payment. You can also select other transaction types you want to see in the report. If you want to see everything, press All.
- Click Run Report.
