Can you find under vendors the payments made? I only see pmts that are auto deducted. If you enter a bill and pay, the payment does not show?

I’m here to guide you on where to fund payments that were made under vendors. You can run a Transaction List report to see all transactions for your vendors. 

Here’s how:

1. Find the Reports menu and search for and open a Transaction List by Date report. 
2. Set the date range. 
3. From the Group by drop-down menu, choose either Customer or Vendor. You can also pick Employees as a group.
4. Locate Customize. 
5. In the window, press the Filter icon to open the section. 
6. From the Transaction Type drop-down, push Payment. You can also select other transaction types you want to see in the report. If you want to see everything, press All.
7. Click Run Report.
