You can transfer and select a new account depending on your transaction. If it's still under the For Review tab in the Banking page, you can select a new account under CATEGORY. But if the transaction is already in the register, you can delete and recreate it so you can assign a new account.
In addition, I'd recommend contacting your accountant for advice and additional assistance handling your accounts.
